"“It takes one bad apple to ruin the whole barrel”. I implore the corporate office to speak or educate a front office staff named Ashley. I have spoken to Candace and Dr. Vega about an inhumane incident last Friday, Sept. 15 @ 0830. I received a phone call from this Ashley regarding my appointment today, Sept. 18. She bluntly told me that I have to bring $4900.00 by Monday otherwise I will not be taken cared of. She went on by asking me if I remember all the dental work I had done in 2020. I told her that I do and for the last 2 1/2 years I’ve been bringing the letter and I was repeatedly told by front office staff not to worry about it. About 6 months ago was when I brought another letter and I was once again instructed that it was an automated letter and I didn’t owe anything and to just disregard future letters. Ashley’s response was “I don’t know who you talked to but you need to bring the whole amount by Monday otherwise you will be turned down for any services”. I requested to speak to clinic manager. Candace was kind enough to reassure me to still come to my appointment and make a payment plan with Maria. Maria like the other staff are all exceptional in what they do. But a person like Ashley can cause patients not to ever come back for future dental care. Please send her to customer service seminars and teach her how to respect others. Otherwise she will remain to be a menace to this dental clinic and possible demise to the dental practice of your excellent dentists including Dr. Vega. Feel free to call me as needed. Thank you. Update: I appreciate the call I received from Maria yesterday, January 10, 2014. I was informed that Ashley is no longer working at this dental office. I am relieved to know that the appropriate action was taken for what she has done to me and few others. Thank you Maria for your call and thank you to corporate staff who stepped and did the next best thing."

"This used to be a great, first rate dental office. Our family had been with them since the 1970's. However, once Dr. Duper left and the business sold, I found the new staff to be unprofessional. It's now more like a big business chain instead of the caring doctors who used to work here."

"Overall 5/5 rating. I had concern that an old filling had fallen out. Dr. Vega examined the area very thoroughly without evidence of cavities. While there they were also able to preform a comprehensive exam and cleaning within the appointment time. No dental hygienist was available to preform the cleaning so Dr. Vega volunteered so that I wouldn’t have to come back to clinic. I greatly appreciated this gesture. Also, the overall environment of the clinic from exam rooms facing outside to the relaxing music playing all made this experience a very great dental visit. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs."

She does a great job keeping my teeth clean and healthy as well as being so friendly and personable. I've had nothing but great treatment experiences with Dr. Brent Duper and the whole office.
