"Been going to Dr. Bellardo since I was 15 years old (I'm 36 now). Has always been absolutely amazing. Attentive. Gives me all kinds of options and answers to all my questions. Always solves my issues. I always feel comfortable and safe in his care. Nurse staff always amazing as well. Never had any issues or long waits. (Besides him having to rush to deliver an emergency baby once) I highly recommend them personally. Only doctor that always seems to get it right when it comes to my health which is absolutely terrible. 10/10 with me."

"Dr. Melanie Dunn has been my GYN for 5 years and I have never felt so cared for. She is amazing. I had a few before her who were okay, but she’s the best doctor I’ve ever had. Period. I wish my pcp and pulmonary care doctors were at her level. She takes all of my concerns seriously and makes sure I’m healthy and always errs on the side of caution. Despite my health anxiety, I feel at ease when in her care. She’s a truly excellent physician!"

"This was by far the worst GYN appointment I have ever had. I felt like and was treated like a farm animal. From the time I entered the office to the time I left was approximately 20 minutes. I do not feel this is an adequate amount of time to discuss a patient's concerns of birth control, a yearly exam, and a previous history of abnormal pap smear results. A specimen was taken and was supposed to be sent to the lab for review. I have not seen or heard anything regarding the results of the test. The provider talked to me like I had the educational capacity of a 6-year-old. The office nurse felt that it was okay to touch me without my permission and joke with me as if we were close friends. I had never met this nurse previously or been made aware of who she was. I had to guess based on the assumption that she was wearing scrubs instead of a lab coat. This office was grossly unprofessional and I would never recommend this office to anyone I wanted to receive competent care."

"My wife & I went here a few times for prenatal care. The wait was always quite long. Reception was very bad about billing insurance and messed it up several times. We switched care and they have taken over three weeks to send our records over to the new place. On the plus side, the nurses were very kind and gentle. Update... We have been trying to get our records from them for 3 months! When we were last there, they said it would be easy and we could just call and they would send the records over. Turns out you can call every day for a month and not get a hold of the medical records person. I also submitted written request for records and still did not receive it. My new doctor also requested the records and did not get them."

"Our doctor was great however she no longer works at practice. Like others, we have had an extremely difficult time getting a refund owed to us. We have waited 9 months and still have not gotten our money. TWC does not dispute the refund, they simply will not pay it so far. If you read other reviews, including Better Business Bureau, this is a common theme with this business. They also run about 45 minutes to and hour behind schedule"
