"I don’t usually leave reviews rather good or bad but I must say this is the BEST dentist you can find, my daughter is 5 and she has pretty bad teeth, took her to western dental and all they told me was she had to be put to sleep for her teeth to be done nothing about how much cavity’s or nothing and wasn’t comfortable with that so took her here, they told us everything that needed to be done and super nice! Wish I would had gotten the names on who worked on my daughter but she was very comfortable, i highly recommend this dentist"

"Honestly!, This particular dental place, so far is the best that I've been my whole life. The dentist who performed my deep cleaning has a feather hand. I didn't need any numbing shots. She pays attention to detail and is very considerate at that. Once she noticed my grimace, she immediately stopped what she was doing and proceeded using a more gentle way. Thank you very much. As for the office itself, somehow my appointment that was set weeks beforehand, was accidentally deleted. I still went to the said appointment anyway and they did their best to squeeze me in without any fuss. It even didn't step on other clients time schedule. Or I was just lucky that there was a small window where they were able to fit me in. Thank you very much to the staff. Parking is no problem. Waiting room has a TV which you can enjoy watching (if the movie choice is to your liking :-) ) restroom available as well. Definitely will recommend this dental place if they are within your dental insurance network."

"This review is for ortho. One of my retainers had cracked from the back but was still working, it was able to do the job. I came in to get a replacement. After I got my impressions, the hygienist threw away my retainer without asking for my permission. When I asked for it (not sure where it was thrown or kept), he gave me another one. All Invisalign retainers have a unique number so that’s how I new it was not mine. It was very unhygienic that I was given another retainer belonging to someone else. My concern is that this could expose someone to possible contamination or blood born pathogens. I will be taking my service somewhere else. I brought this up to the office and all I was told was “I’m sorry this happened”. At the very minimum, I should of been compensated or received another retainer free of charge since the office was responsible for throwing mine away."

"Bad experience. They need hire people more professional and know treat customers. Anyone have mistake but they’re not sorry for their problems and try get a way problems for a lot reason. This 3rd time, I’m trying to be nice but not anymore. They should apologize , fix problems even shut mouth and quiet, not try to make customers like customers fault. Teeth isn’t like hair, can grow back when do wrong."

"I am super disappointed by this place. This was my first time visiting here. I just saw a dentist 3 months prior to this visit. In my visit the dentist saw me for maybe 5 minutes. He counted “new cavities” and that was it. Didn’t check my gums or anything of the routine I am used to. After the visit they told me I had like 6 new cavities… I just saw a dentist 3 months prior and no cavities. This place has shown me on the very first visit that they are not trustworthy."
