"I booked an appointment for an updo one week in advance for a wedding I am going to. Only one day before the event I received a call from this location and they need to cancel my appointment due to family emergency. This is so unprofessional that they do not have a back-up plan when someone cannot show up for their shift. I would never go back here again as clearly customer service does not mater to them."
