"I started going to this nail salon at the end of last year in 2023. I am so impressed with their excellent service! I love how Nina decorated the salon. I love how she is so supportive of her customers! She is a very smart businesswoman. She caters to everyone is so kind to everyone. That is the way to keep your customers. But not only that, she provides excellent services for a very reasonable price! There has not been one person that I have met there that has ever showed that they are not happy with the services she provides. She also hires an excellent staff and everyone that has helped me has been very good at what they do. Thank you for your excellent nail salon! I have been to several nail salons in my area of Lake Forest and nothing comes close to this salon! I love coming here every time!"

"The spa is SO clean, the employees are so friendly. The owner was very sweet. Update: the work completed was pretty poor. My mom and I went in and this is her nail after 3 days (pink). Their pedicures are also average, they kind of acted like my mom hadn’t ever gotten her nails done and that they can cut corners. And the paint wasn’t fully on my nail and the top coat wasn’t completely put on. Pretty disappointing that these don’t last."

They are patient and give you their undivided attention, they are receptive to feedback/criticism and will make things right if something is to go wrong. There is hardly any wait time (I’ve never had one) and they play super amusing food videos on their TV. Overall amazing experience and staff :)"

"04/28/2021 still love this place. Pleasant staff, great job on our nails, no hard sell. 11/12/2020 updating to five star. My nails still look perfect as do my mom’s. She got a manicure and we are ROUGH on our hands and she says it still looks great a week later which is probably a record. Will definitely make this our regular place for our infrequent spa days. Good experience. Able to arrange appointment by text which was very convenient. Got my mom and myself in for my birthday pedicure. No upselling, just accepted what we said we wanted. Made good suggestion for my mom’s color for her toes and used her own finger nail polish. Will definitely be back."
