"Naida Always did my hair so beautifully. My hair was finally long and getting to be all one length. I called to get the very ends cut and that was it. I requested Naida and they gave me a girl named Taylor who cut my hair 3 inches or so shorter than I asked. She also kept insisting to cut it a different way than I wanted it to be, after I already said what I wanted. I’m absolutely devastated about my haircut and I had a lot of faith in you guys and trusted you guys with my hair. I can’t explain how awful it feels to get a terrible haircut especially when I asked for a VERY simple cut . The very ends. I can’t believe how short my hair is now compared to what it used to be. It took me years to grow it that long. I’m so angry."

"Color turned out good first visit - second visit I did notice a few missed spots where they didn’t get covered after going home. By my 3/4th visit I kept getting blonder because she stated color had to be lifted first ( goal was to go ash and blend in gray growth w dark roots ) Each visit I just kept getting lighter instead of the gray - another visit the back of my $200 silk blouse got bleached out from all the coloring that washed on my back during the shampoo at no time did they ever offered to compensate for it . After every visit there was no wow factor to my hair and the coloring just kept getting worse . Hana doesn’t return phone calls or text messages in a reasonable time - and instead of saying she couldn’t do it she just said I she didn’t think I’d be happy with her services I wish I knew that before I spent hundreds there- Thank God I already found a color specialist Add another salon who got it right the first time thank you!"

"We are new to the area and I picked Sundara based on Google reviews. Made a reservation over the phone but then received 4 calls back over the next couple of days asking if they can reschedule. Finally rescheduled with Tessa who was a real find: superb communication and genuine desire to make a client happy. I was pleased with how she took time to pick the right shade, did the base color and trimmed the ends. She also created a welcoming environment and shared some tips on local restaurants, beaches, etc. which I was very thankful for. Overall, very satisfied - nice job, Tessa!"

I had Megan Bills booked for my hair color, cut, and trial for my wedding. So pleased with the turn out! My hair looked like a Pinterest Icon. Also met the owner at the end of the night and she was super down to earth and seemed very passionate. I highly recommend coming here. The customer's looked happy and everyone looked comfortable and chatty."
