"The manicurists there do NOT listen. I loved coming here but twice in two weeks they ruined my nails. I wanted almond short nails, and at the time my nails were short so they added acrylics. The manicurists trimmed my nails and asked if I wanted the acrylics shorter, and after I said yes, she said I’ll leave them and file them later. She refused so make them shorter and gave me stiletto shaped nails… I also asked for ombré and showed a picture in the very beginning and she gave me a completely different manicure. Then she was upset at the end because I showed her the picture of what I wanted and told me that ombré was extra. The next time I went in they recognized me, and the first person who did my nails did an awesome job filing and shaping my nails - they were round and short. This woman switched me over to another manicurist to finish my nails, and immediately the second manicurist started filing down my nails to stiletto shape again!! As I started realizing what she was doing, she asked me if the shape was okay — but obviously once you trim the sides of the nails you can’t get the shape back to its original size… so frustrating!!! Please ask the shape first BEFORE filing and if you ask the customer a question, please listen to them and don’t just do whatever you want."

"I made a mani / pedi appointment for 5pm. 525 my pedi started and at 630 she wanted to start my gel mani. Absolutely awful to think people want to spend 3 hours at a nail salon. The point of booking and appointment is to get in and out. Horrible place. Don't waste your time at this hole in the wall find a nice place that understands what an appointment is."
