The Dr looked at me and OK she presented to send a prescription in front of me!! Nothing 24 hrs later! BEWARE PEOPLE WESTERN DENTAL HAD A BAD REPUTATION 20 UEARS AGO AND STILL Does!!"

"My girlfriend went here and had a horrible experience. first of all her appointment was at 4:15 PM, she arrived 10 minutes earlier and it still waited 30 minutes, which is nothing compared to the rest of the reviews of people saying theyve waited hours, but still inconsiderate of your time. First thing she noticed is that the place is dirty. Everyone is rude and careless. she finally goes in and immediately feels uncomfortable due to a creepy male dental assistant flirting with her. she went in for a cleaning and all they did was polish her teeth. by the way it was not a dental hygienist who cleaned her teeth, just an assistant. this isnt the first time she had a bad experience here. she had a crown done here, doctor didnt even put enough anesthesia so she still felt everything that was happening. doctor was very rude and not helpful, when she tried to raise her hand to let the doctor know she felt pain he scolded and yelled at her. What a good way to treat your patients! We come in get our time wasted, get yelled at, give you our hard earned money to be scolded and still feel the pain from whatever procedure youre going through. I do not recommend this place at all and i hope this convinces you to go somewhere else, maybe like this great place called picasso dental care off of temecula parkway."

"Don’t waste your time or money! Emily is very rude, hung up on me and will not answer after I asked to speak to management. “Said go ahead and complain “ after I expressed I could not be calling off work to not be seen for appointments that I book with time in advance. The front desk staff are very rude and do not value your time. They over book and you will be waiting for a long time. I did not find it right that after I expressed being on hold for over ten minutes and then hung up on was wasting my time, she raised her voice and then hung up. This company has an automated system that lies and says they value your time which is false advertisement because being on hold, and waiting and no response is a waste of time and my experience has not felt valued as a customer. Finding child care and calling off work to not be treated as a valued customer is very frustrating after spending thousands of dollars for treatment upfront. She will not answer and send your call to call center or hang up on you. This is why I do not recommend this place. I have had multiple negative experiences and I believe I have been patient and treated them with respect, but hanging up on someone when they expressed their concerns is not a good representation to Western Dentals values. If your policy is to hang up on customer then the automated system should be changed to avoid false advertising. I would not want anyone else to be treated in this belittling manner, save yourself the headache and tears! Worst representation of the company at this office."

"I didn't even get anything done here I just went to ask if they could switch me from a different location as I didn't know this office was closer. The lady I spoke with she just wasn't trying to be helpful she kept looking at all the negatives I felt and although what she was saying is not in question it was like she was hiding behind an act and wanting me to leave the office she never tried to really help me and that's fine. Look they may be a great office but the experience I had showed me other wise."
