"I have been a client at Jon Paulo for over a year now as we had just relocated to South Orange County. I was so thrilled to find a stylist and I quickly came to trust her with my hair cuts. She listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. That has changed as of my most recent appointment when my stylist did a hair color treatment. My hair is not at all the color we discussed at length that the base color choice had to be a green based color as my hair turns red otherwise. I called her and response was that I had previous old highlights that created the issue and what day would I like to come in to have fixed. I had expressed my concern about the color many times before I left the salon and the stylist response was the lighting was making it look red. I am horrified, it's 3 weeks before my daughters wedding and Jon Paulo Salon is not cheap. My hair was very healthy as I had not colored it in many years. I am so very disappointed. I now have to pay to have it fixed elsewhere as I am totally not comfortable seeing this stylist or any other in the salon. Lesson learned: Make sure your stylist is good at more than just cutting your hair. Don' go to this salon if you have a customer service issue it's really......your problem."
