"I was not pleased with the results from my visit at all. At first I had high hopes for this ENT clinic and Dr. Sauvageau regardless of the reviews. I went in and had a quick evaluation that took no more than 10-15 min for my sinuses. He briefly looked in my mouth, determined I had bad allergies, looked up my nose, sprayed a solution, and wrote me a prescription for meds to help with the allergies. No pricing for anything was discussed or agreed upon and again all happened in a matter of 10 or so minutes. When I went back up to the front to pay for the visit, I was told I was good to go, thinking my insurance covered the appointment. Until a couple days past and I receive a bill for $500 for the visit. If anything I was expecting around $200 with it being a first appointment, but when I saw the details of the bill; for the 2 quick sprays up my nose, an extra $300… this is all after my insurance discounted the price down from $870. So if this action was going to be an additional cost and charged separately from my initial visit, then why was no pricing ever discussed before he just went ahead and did it. This to me shows a very unprofessional way of doing business and I will not be going back since the team here will go ahead and tack on additional costs without even consulting you first."

"I am giving another try. My first visit went badly. I saw him and as another above mentioned, he just looked in my ear, racing through exam, and no tests, nothing! I will give the benefit of the doubt, as I need to see an Audiologist beforehand. I will see my next visit and revise this!"

"I have been experiencing tinnitus in one of my ears. I live over an hour away from the office, and I scheduled an appointment because they could get me in soonest if I split up the audio and doctor appointments for different days. I had a 3:30PM audio appointment. 7 minutes before my appointment, I received a call asking to reschedule. I left my home at 2PM to be asked to reschedule less than 10 minutes before my appointment time? Since I was almost there, I showed up anyways. I was late due to traffic, but still within the 15 minute timeframe. I was informed the doctor just left and asked to reschedule. Reschedule so the doctor can leave without seeing all of her patients/appointments? No, thanks. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time."

"Maybe I just caught Doctor Sauvageau on a bad day, but he was one of the worst doctors I have ever been to! I have had several ear infections over the past several months, but it takes several weeks to get an appointment so by the time it was my appointment date I did not have an ear infection anymore, but I have had constant drainage and blood coming from my ears. He said, since I don’t have an ear infection I was free to go. No further testing or anything and I have a history ear problems including having surgery for a choleseatoma and perforated ear drum. He also did not even look in my nose when I said I have been having sinus problems. He was just very dismissive and was ready to get me out of there immediately. I just do not understand how the point of specialty doctors if they are going to do the same thing as the little clinic."

"I set an appointment back in August. I called a few days later to cancel my appointment well over 4 days till the appointment. Then I get a bill for a missed appointment. I called and was met with a lady that answered the phone that was a polite at first. However, this changed when I started to explain that I shouldn’t be billed when I called and cancelled the appointment well before their dead line. Then she said, “Sir, I won’t tolerate being yelled at.” Which I wasn’t. My wife called back and they tried to say I was rude and used profanity, again which I didn’t. Then the lady talking to my wife just said, “We would have to ask the doctor to approve it and hung up.” This is crazy.. my wife works in the medical field and I would never raise my voice or curse at someone working in a doctors office."
