"This place was fantastic. I left a short letter in person, for the supervisor Max about his wonder staff. From front desk with Jennifer to the back with the nurse Michelle and then the Dr Salaam. Jennifer greeted me and supported with me my documentation without hesitation. Michelle talked me through my whole process as she was doing it. She was calm confident engaging and friendly. She was clear and very willing to assist me up and down. Then Dr. Salaam walked in with just as much personality and positive energy as the other 2 ladies. She was tender with my pains, empathetic to my pain and knowledgeable about the solutions and symptoms. Customer Service here was FANTASTIC!!! If I could utilize Dr. Salaam as my official PCP with Michelle and Jennifer attached I WOULD!!! I recommend this place to anyone. I literally walked in and was seen within 20 mins of getting there. Thank you ladies for all you do for your patients and the community !!!"

"i called ahead and tried to register online today, waited over and hour and a half to be seen. my MA was so nice and understanding and the only part of my visit that was present. spent almost $200 copay to be seen over and hour and a half late despite calling ahead and explaining i couldn’t fill out paperwork on line due to the phone blackout this morning. they kept having people go ahead of me due to this. never had to wait so long at an urgent care before but that’s because they let several people cut in front of you"

"Tungee is really really amazing. She took care of me in the lobby during my wait when I had a fever and couldn’t stop shaking. She went above and beyond to help me be comfortable. Not only did she have that interaction with me but she made sure to take care of every patient in the office. I was nervous when I came in and she made me feel so comfortable and I could tell she did the same for others too. So so happy I came to this location. Amazing service from all the staff."

I observed front desk ladies individually take the time to insure all prospective patients and others were helped and cared for, especially seeing how it was an immediate or pressing issue to be seen. "I can not say enough about the service we received at this location. Tungie was a breath of fresh air and went above and beyond to get us cared for. The doctor (Leslie) was patient, personable, and knowledgeable. She took her time to ensure we understood the issue and how to handle it. 5 stars isn't enough. We were lucky to be so well cared for and during the busy holiday season. HIGHLY recommend!"
