"I must say this is one of the worse places in dyersburg that I have ever seen with my own eyes as far as places to stay. They don't fix things and when they do, they look for ways to charge you for it or try to charge you months later for the same thing that they didn't fix the first time. When state inspection time come, they bring rugs around to places that have bad floors and hide the bad places and threatened tenants if they say anything. They have roach issues also. When it rains, if the person above you flush there toilet, it will back up in the toilet in the apartment below. Flooring old, carpet old and Really need to be tore down and rebuilt. Walls are paper thin which you can hear everything from the next apartment or apartment above you. Terrible!"
