"This place has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I waited two hrs to get a fill picked these two colors as the lady in the front handed me the books to look while I wait, when I was finally seen - the man doing the service advised they are no longer using this brand and gave me samples to look at .. all not being comperable to the original colors I wanted. I told him that and he basically was like “ oh well “ I walked out and do not recommend wasting your time or money here."
"Been here before with no problems. Went yesterday to get a fill and manicure by a very nice tatted guy. I was bleeding when I left and all my other cuticles are tender and sore today. He cut me with the cuticle trimmers and burned me a few times with the electric filer and the emery board. I don't know why nail technicians no longer take their time....always in a rush to take the next customer. SMH I may start doing my own nails again."
"After one too many issues at my previous long-time nail salon, I tried out a salon many people recommended: Top Service Nails. I got a gel mani with design and a regular pedi with callous scrub. So happy I went to Top Service Nails! My nails look beautiful, the service was great, and the pricing is reasonable. I also appreciate that the techs don’t spend the appointment chatting with each other. Highly recommend!"
