From the drive up before turning into the dreamy tree lined drive, you are greeted by sweeping greens, a lake, and a view of the home that has aced curb appeal to the maximum. The tree lined drive beckons you to a driveway with ample parking . The wrap around porch allows you to witness a stunning sunset and sunrise with the sounds of summer as your soundtrack. The home itself has everything you need, wi-fi that reaches throughout the whole property, including the lower level that has a theatre room with surround sound and theatre lighting to boot. Sonos to set the mood in the expansive outdoor area with lots of lounging space around the pool and a large table for outdoor dining. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, with ample storage and a large refrigerator. There's also one in the pool house to store your cold drinks. The pool is wonderful with temperature control, and a bathroom outside for your convenience. Ample beds and bedrooms allow everyone to sleep where they please, and plenty of full baths. The owners, property manager, and property steward are there for anything you could possibly need and are so nice and readily available! The home is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, a whisky distillery, petrol, and the freeway 5 minutes away to take you to downtown Nashville under 25 minutes. Overall, the best choice for a friends/family get together."
