"Om g never ever go there ...they have no professionalism...I had 3 appointments at 1.00 clock for my kids.i requested to change earlier if they can.. they called me at 11 and made me wait till 1.00 ...... and then again they made me wait after 1.00 for dentist till 2.00 clock......plz save ur time and energy and never go there"

"Hmmm...not sure why my original post isn't showing so I'm trying another account. What an overall great experience at the Corona Western Dental office! Jennifer and Brenda up front were very nice and apologized for the wait. Jose and Dr. M immediately saw me as soon as I sat in the chair and the exam, xrays, and cleaning was thorough and quick. Jose and Dr. M even delayed their lunch break to complete my services and did so with a smile. It's a really busy office, but the staff is so nice that I'm definitely returning in 6 months."

"Another 5-star experience at Western Dental in Corona! My daughter returned for her cleaning appointment and although we were late (we called on the way) Jennifer and Brenda still allowed us to check in and wait our turn. Dr. M and Jose were fantastic, friendly, and quick again, and Janet was friendly and upbeat. I was thoroughly impressed by their positive attitudes all around, especially at the end of a long week and a long Friday. We'll see you again in 6 months, staff at Western Dental!"

"I recently had an unfortunate experience at your clinic and I feel it's crucial to share my concerns to help improve the overall patient experience. During my visit at your clinic, I encountered several issues that left me dissatisfied. Lack of communication, I made an appointment for a fill but was advised that I needed three teeth to be extracted which were not causing me any issues. Direct and rude manager interaction, I forgot her name but she definitely has an accident which wasn't the issue but a more empathetic and understanding approach would have been appreciated, especially when discussing potential uncomfortable procedures. In contrast, i recently had a positive experience at Ace dental on Magnolia. This team took the time to address my concerns, provided clear explanation, and even placed a temporary feeling to alleviate my pain. I believe it's essential to share both positive and negative experiences to contribute to the improvement of services. I hope this feedback encourages a reassessment of patient care practices at your clinic."
