"Came in a couple days ago, with my 2 daughters and had the best experience with both my stylist Jai and Yuna. The ladies showed great skill, and compassion. My daughters are young and sometimes it can be a job, but both ladies were very gentle and I appreciate that. As some have mentioned, the music is a great touch! I also like the lollipops at the end of the service my girls really enjoyed that surprise. Check this place out, I plan to get my own cut next visit."

"Great Clips Brea is NOT worth your money or time. Decided to take my daughters for a nice shampoo, cut and style on Christmas Eve as a treat. My youngest had the worst experience with Jai. Jai was passive aggressive and should not be in this profession. She pulled her hair during the shampoo, didn’t even wet the bottom half of her hair, cut her hair crooked, botched her requested curtain bangs and made her cry as she was combing her hair. She didn’t show any concern or care for my child or even attempt to make the experience pleasant. It actually looked as if she got joy out of my daughter crying. Disgusting. I had to have another stylist attempt to fix my daughter’s hair. The worst part was I had to pay for this whole disaster. Worst experience. Do yourself a favor and find another establishment with skilled stylist. This is not the place unless you want to leave disappointed. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all cost."

"Sorry this review is a bit late, I came in at 12/9 on a whim and left beyond satisfied as a customer. I had the privilege of having Jai as a hair stylist and they were incredible. I came in with a pretty vague description of what kind of haircut I wanted and she perfectly executed it. Jai is super talented and I will definitely be back! And the playlist was a vibe!"

"This place frequently offers great deals on haircuts (especially for going back to school). I've gotten three haircuts here and have loved it so far. The staff is also very nice and accommodating. Just got my haircut again today and it went well. They have a New year promotional for $10 and back to school is the same. Wheel-chair accessible, no dyes/coloring or anything with chemicals including perms, and they do not take checks. As well you do not need an appointment but can check in online and check wait times there."
