"Lived here for a while. Upstairs neighbor has leaks, it floods in to my unit. Had a leak of my own, it was so bad it was coming through multiple outlets. Was a leak causing the carpet in one of the rooms to be soaked. Whole unit smells like mildew, which has seeped in to all of our clothes. Finding mold everywhere from the dishwasher (which we haven't used in months) to under the carpet. Tried a carpet cleaner, to no avail. No one cares, they just want the money."
"I have no problems with Maintenance or manager they are great! However, the assistant manager thinks that she can site rules for everyone on the property to live by. However, she does not think that the same rules apply to her. Being from the same business and have lived on Property before myself. I know that we are to be held by the same lease as the Residents. I can respect the rules but what i don't like is being sited for a rule and turn around and see you break the rules. She should be leading by example."
"Although I believe the Corporate side of the property could make better maintenance decisions, my time at Cobblestone was great. The management team was always doing their best to help. Marion and Kyra were very professional and polite whenever I would come into the office. I could not have asked for a better team."
"Well thank God marcella left because she was extremely rude. However, we can not seem to keep maintenance around, which I rarely have anything that needs ro be fixed so that's good. Downside is that there is no assigned parking (I only have 2 vehicles, and I've had 2 guest in the year I had lived here) rent is going up by almost $100 so I feel like a few things should be addressed. A pool that actually opens on time, not at the end of the summer assigned parking, because my neighbors have like 5 cars and aren't considerate of their neighbors, and the noisy neighbors above me that sound like they're having wrestling matches at all hours of the night! I mean seriously, they are alwaysalways loud and fighting. Other than that, life is good."
