"Elva doesn’t listen to her customers, she does what ever she wants with your hair. My mom specifically told her a style she wanted but Elva insisted on a different haircut and style. If I would of heard her say that, I would of told my mom to leave. She cut it so uneven from the back. They shouldn’t be recommending you anything, when you ask for a specific service. Bad costumer service"

"It's horrible here. I was looking for a new haircut place to come to cut my hair and I had to wait about 45 minutes. Then when it was my turn the lady that was gonna cut my hair let her friend go first who had just walked in 2 minutes before my turn. When I asked her why she was letting her go next she said, "she's my friend and I know her." I had to wait about another 10 minutes, I couldn't take their ignorance and left."
