"Do not use Josefina Vasquez. I went in to get partial highlights/lowlights and a trim with long layers. She first did my hair amazing 8 months ago so i tild her to do the same as last time but this time She destroyed my hair. She offered to fix it so I came back and she chopped it all up so bad.. She cut the layers inward instead of outward. She blunt cut around my head like a box. My layers were uneven, disconnected, short, and choppy. The highlights were blended in with more lowlights to correct the color which made my hair darker even though i came in to go lighter originally. Instead of offering my money back after destroying my hair 2x, she suggested I go pay another stylist to fix it. So I did and they fixed the cut but the highlights are too damaged to fix at this time.maybe in another 6 months. I can fix the color. Bottom line is NO stylist with 20ys of experience should be doing hair like this. Maybe she has a revenge or she is on drugs."
