Everyone I interacted with was so kind, patient and understanding! "They were extremely professional, they gave me a whole breakdown of all the cost, so they were transparent about insurance and expenses that as well. The dentist was so kind and always gave me a heads up if there was going to be pain or pressure and explained everything she was doing to help me feel comfortable. Everyone in the office was so kind and smiling, and everyone asked me about how I was doing. It felt like the office staff all have very good chemistry together and it really came out in their customer service. The dental hygienist, who cleaned my teeth, was very knowledgeable about dental hygiene he taught me a lot about how our mouth works and the areas that I need to look out for plaque buildup. I have had a lot of bad experiences at the dentist in the past, and I’m so glad I found this dental practice! This place is wonderful!"

"This office has great service and is fairly quick. The location the office is in is decent, as the Towne Centre Dental Group is located in a commercialized area. I've had plenty of bad experiences with dentists, but this dental group is great! Would definitely recommend!"
