It's clean and sanitary; the employees are kind and positive; they are always willing to change my nails if something is quite to my liking (although that RARELY happens because I love their work). The salon is sparkling clean, I loved the big windows and the nice airflow while I was there. They have many nail polish colors to choose from, everyone was very nice and professional!
