"Customers are the heart of a business if you don't treat them with respect everyone will leave !!!I WOULD NOT COME BACK AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, because they spilled polish on my shoes and the response was that they would not pay me, I had been going there for more than 5 years and I would rather lose the client who is responsible. That day I lost my shoes and they also charged me for the service and I left a tip, the owner is not responsible for anything and she is also very rude and has very bad customer service."

"There was no wait on a Wednesday afternoon. Called ahead of time to confirm they were accepting walk ins and they answered politely and told me to come in. Plenty of customers but enough employees to make everyone feel comfortable and not rushed. The service was very detailed and they guided me to choose the package that was right for me. They offer 10% off if you pay with cash so I definitely took advantage of that. All the staff is very nice. I would definitely come back and recommend it to people. 5 stars great service everyone thank you ."

"NEVER AGAIN...One of the most painful, rushed & botched experiences at a nail salon EVER and I've had my nails done regularly (every two weeks) for at least 20 years. First let's start with what I asked for vs what I got (see pictures). I had acrylics that were removed by shoving a nail tip between my acrylics and my real nail...not soaked off, not cut down but wedged and ripped. As I'm expressing how painful it is the response I'm receiving is "its ok"...umm no its not. While this is happening, my pedicure is in progress...let's just say I can still feel the burn from the drill on my cuticles and my big toe has dried blood from the too deep side cuts of my nail. $50 pedicure for uneven French polish and blood on three of my toes...not cool. Right big toe is in so much pain. Left big toe doesn't hurt as much anymore. I didn't have ingrowns but my right toe was dug out and now looks crooked and HURTS! Neosporin will be my bestie for the next few days. Glad I didn't go with the upsale package they kept shoving down my throat "cause I'm a lady and I need to get more done" (forgot to mention my fiancé was sitting next to me for his mani/pedi session. His finger nails on some fingers were cut WAY short like uncomfortably short. The whole $170 ordeal felt WAY too rushed, sloppy and PAINFUL. Unfortunately we will not be returning and hopefully you think twice about risking having such a painful experience as we did. Was really hoping to find a new closer salon."

"Zero stars is not an option but if it was that's what I would give! I got my nails done March 9th (green nails) one week later, March 16 my nail broke another technician did a fill and fixed the nail (leopard nails) then a week later, March 25th all my nails were cracking but she said they weren't although one had completely broke. Another fill was done (white nails) and I was told I would be charged a color change fee although I didn't want the color change but needed all my nails fixed. Today is not even a week later and 2 have broken already. I am not working construction for crying out loud!"

"Many first time coming to this location. I absolutely loved it I went in for a gel pedicure and came out very satisfied. The wait time was not long at all. Even though they were very busy I only waited about 5 minutes or less without and appointment. I got the classic pedicure and It was amazing. Ana did my pedicure and she was wonderful took her time and fixed my crooked toe haha. I will definitely be going back and getting my pedicure done with Ana."
