"I don’t mind waiting, I understand it gets busy. However Melissa was completely distracted when she was doing my pedicure the nails weren’t cut correctly, she had to ask me 3 times to change my color because they were out and I did not want select another color so i asked for clear she only put one coat on and to top it off I had to ask her to put the second coat and I completely cancelled my manicure and still had the nerve to charge $30 for the pedicure. I will not be coming back here wasted 2 hours"

The prices are very affordable and the customer service is always good. I've always been appreciative that they've taken me as a walk-in, even at their busiest hours. This is my new go-to spot!"

"Love coming to get my pedicure and manicure done here with Melissa she is very detailed oriented has such a soft hand. I love the massage chairs they have super comfortable. Most importantly important is that they are a clean and sanitary place. Definitely recommend 100%"

"Terrible experience yet AGAIN. I came here long ago and they glued my nail so much that it came off with the acrylic. So i never came back and i decided to get my nails done today with my friends and give this place another shot years later and they sit me down on a chair so im thinking okay this is gonna be quick or soon and im waiting, seeing people leaving and people getting up and im looking around and ask the young girl if i was next because i was already sitting in the chair for 25minutes, nothing started and my water is cold and she said i was next, so i wait and this lady comes and starts working on the girl that sat down way after me and at this point its been 30 minutes and Im irritated, the lady next to me is even telling me theyre taking way too long and I get up and the lady that came to the girl next to me grabs me and i tell her not to touch me and walk out. Ill never come here again."

"Horrible experience with Linda … she has no idea what she’s doing or how to work with short nails. Linda left my nails super thick which I told her I didn’t like several times. I bled three times … 3 different fingers … she simple said oh sorry your finger nail deep ( whatever that means) I’ve never had such horrible experience !! Oh at the end she gave me a file for me To file my nails when they grow and she said ( to help me honey) Never coming here again ! Long customer lost . If I could I would not give them any stars !!"
