"VERY poor experience here. My appointment was set for 1pm for a Olaplex no. 4 treatment. Little did I know they had no olaplex treatment available and were proceeding to use another mask on my hair without my consent that I had no idea the brand of. The stylist washed my hair and conversated as he started applying random hair mask without asking me first or even mentioning they had "ran out" of olaplex that morning. So why wasn't I called ahead of time that they didn't have the treatment available??? Owner Martin then came apologizing to me when the hair mask is already in my hair that I had given no consent to. When asked where is the olaplex they said oh we ran out and are charging you less??? That is ridiculous you come to a salon expecting what is scheduled. The owner Martin and stylist were very unprofessional in not communicating before I even showed up that they didnt have what I came for. How are you going to put something in someone's hair without mentioning what it is. Awful experience here"

"My original appointment was at 11:30am and asked to come in a 1hr before and I was ok with that, I ended leaving by 4pm I was there the whole day and to get the results I got not cool it's very frustrating and upsetting paying for something that you're not satisfied and at the end your hair is damaged!!! I went in looking to get my hair done lighter, I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair she said yes she can do it gave me a price I agreed and instead the results were the opposite!!!My hair looks darker, not satisfied with the results i went in again at it was for the worst she said removing the toner she used before will lighten up my hair and it didn't! My hair is now completly damaged I went in to waist more for nothing!
