"I've been here a couple of times, the first time, the lady didn't even file around the nail so alot of residue/ paste. Ugly. And the 2nd time for being lazy I got the same result. Never again I will go back or recommend. Plus over prize for nasty job they do."

"It was my first time trying this place out due to the covid my nail place is closed. I decided to give this place a try.I can’t believe I paid $42 for a fill , gel color and a design. I don’t mine the price but the fact that the lady was bothered by me telling her she was hurting me she stopped doing her job and decided to do a lousy job."

"I was there today for the first time and one of them was so rude, I never go again! He is so stubborn and rough, wants to attend to everyone and does the job fast and badly !! super rude. A lady asked me if I always went there and said no that it was my first time and she told me that then where she was going, and I answered that sometimes I went to BTT Nails just to give her an answer and China that the only thing he understood was the name of the place he told me to go to there and not return there! when I didn't even know what we were talking about because we spoke in Spanish, if I could give it less punctuation, I would never go there, I leave them alone, I leave them crooked and cut myself to file."

"Went in for a refill. Pushed that to get a new set bc my old set wasn’t good enough. Kept telling her no and finally took it as a no. My nail shape was good before and she just changed my shape and thinned it out more than what my usual nail salon does. She charged me more than what the sign said! Worst expience ever. When about to leave she begged my boyfriend for a tip and wouldn’t leave him alone!"
