"I absolutely recommend Dr. Lin and her amazing team, especially Erika, for helping me attain a beautiful smile and a healthy set of teeth. I have had two years of braces (ortho) with Dr Lin and she was able to address my terrible grinding and clenching issues that were causing my teeth to be worn down and for my bite to shift! Dr. Lin was able to expertly transform my teeth and give me a normal bite and good facial symmetry. Dr. Lin is indeed so skillful, patient, detailed and meticulous with her work and approach, and also was very responsive to any concerns and needs that I had during the entire time I had braces on. She treated me with the utmost care and professionalism. Erika, her dental assistant, is also very efficient and proactive. "Overcharged me $237 according to my insurance company. Erika won't return calls despite promising to do so. Me and her talked about it plenty she has awkward excuses only. Juddy never called me back. I am pursuing action through the california insurance department and the ada. The amount is actually about 300, but my insurance company is also playing sly despite agreeing that 237 is lower than the actual amount and promising to recalculate the number. If you read this far, get your estimates in advance and get them itemized! On the actual dentist work.. One of the teeth has lines and scuff marks all over it its the front where they did restoration. Shine a light on it, and it looks scary. This dentist would not have anything to do with my wisdom teeth except wanting to agree to extraction. She would not do a deep cleaning on them, nor would she address any cavities on them. Despite them being healthy. She was only offering an ultimatum. Extraction or nothing. In the end, she still did some work and ignored any and all conversations about it. I got charged for a video of my dental action plan, but the video link never worked. That was the first red flag. My paperwork had my signatures from different dates photocopied with itemized charges from different dates. Sloppily done with lines not even matching. Typical pomona. This review is never going away. If you act up, it will get reposted by a much more established Google account. It will stay here even if you address the issues you've been ignoring because it is the truth."

"I had an excellent experience at this dentist's office. Erica and the staff were incredibly friendly and patient, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
