"Vanessa burned my hair off. Once she started putting on the Wella toner, it started burning when i told her she disregarded it. After she started combing she told me my hair was falling. I had to get extensions from someone else, the whole bottom part of my hair fell off and eventually on top. I wouldn’t come back even if someone payed me to."
