"This place has discriminated against me and my mom on multiple occasions. The man who usually does our nails takes constant smoke breaks during the process. I went for my usual manicure and when I walked in, i asked if he would be available after the client he was with. He told me yes so i waited 1 hour which was fine. When i sat in his seat, I was kind and cooperative. He proceeds to tell me that my nails are hard to do due to my specific request and was blaming me for him not having time to eat anything. He shut me up mid sentence multiple times and put his finger in my face. I do not recommend this place and i won’t be coming here anymore."

"I used to love coming to this place, but lately it’s all about them. My official last time I went, I didn’t have an appointment never an issue but that day I really needed to take off a set. My nails are fragile! And I made sure he knew I kept telling him over and over, please be careful they are really thin. I suggested a soak off. He said he knew what he was doing it was easy and fast for him. Sure enough he cut my pinky’s nail in half. It was terrible! Blood everywhere. I wanted to walk away. But having a good relationship with another tech I let him finish. I then asked for a shiny buff…he said he didn’t know what that was that he had clear gel. 10$more he said. I laugh and laughed."

"I’ve been attending this salon for more that 15 yrs. Today I came in for a color change. I was kept waiting and waiting because the only person available who name is Kevin refuse to do it . I honestly don’t know why the owner has such a horrible person working her. Kevin is terrible with the clients and extremely rough and aggressive when he does either an minacure or pedicure. The owner should consider costumer service skills when hiring.."
