I usually get a gel mani and paraffin wax pedicure, but they have many other options available, and waxing too. Highly recommend making an appointment for multiple people visiting together."

"I used to always get great service here. Convenient and friendly, and my nails always look good. But yesterday was the worst mani/pedi I've ever received. I have never had to pay extra for having my cuticles done on a dip manicure for $45. She didn't even prep my nails properly. There was still stuff under my nails when I got home. There was dip powder stuck to my fingers. Honestly, I didn't get the manicure at all. She just sanded down my nails and applied the dip. The pedicure did not seem hygienic. I paid for callous remover, and she used this large-holed metal cheese grater on my feet, rinsed it in the same water my feet were in, and then put it back in the cart touching other items. I had to ask her to put another coat on my toes because it was so clumpy. I could have just done that all myself. I did speak up a bit while I was in there, but I HATE having to do that. I've never had a problem and as I said before I've always had good service. All the other ladies work so hard to make sure you are happy with your nails."

"Have gone there for over 20 years but not on a regular basis. I selected one of the gel mani with pedi packages that included paraffins, hot towels and massages. The 2 ladies/techs who I’ve never had before BOTH CUT me. So this was not a relaxing visit. My finger still stings from the cut, 9 hours later. I hope the techs used sterilized manicure tools."

"I have cuts all over my toes and they sting. 3 cuts on my left foot, 2 on my right. For some reason the method used on my pedicure was to literally cut the side of my big toe nail and rip that into a hang nail and rip it all the way up to the cuticle and rip it off.??? The other cuts are on the knuckles of my smaller toes from the cuticle scissors. My toes are throbbing."
