"Was referred to them by 1800 or western dentist for wisdom tooth removal. They forgot to take all the necessary Xrays, then said because I didn't have insurance and they didn't want to have to recharge me (for the X-rays I already had paid for they didn't complete) it was fine if the doctor was fine to continue. He looked seasoned so I said I trust your judgement. If you say it's fine. It's fine. The dentist Patel and her office staff echoed, "Yeah, see, it's fine." While waving the go ahead. So he began. I had the procedure done novacaine only so I was conscious for their conversation. After he removes the first tooth they ask about his hand. "Oh yeah, thanks it's recovering very well from my recent surgery. Thank you for asking." He then turns to get the needle for the first suture to find they don't have the appropriate large sized needles... only tiny ones for children's mouths. He has no choice but to attempt to stitch me up with what is available. His first run through destroyed/rearranged my nerve. Caused permanent nerve damage. I was told red light therapy would fix it if I came back for a while and it should come back after 6 mo. I used to have no issues at the dentist but now when they deep clean that side it hurts my whole jaw and my tongue and radiates through my tooth as well. I cannot taste with a large section of my tongue. I had to relearn how to move it as a whole to speak without a lisp which took about 6mo and all of my mental effort. Still takes a ton of mental effort to annunciate right. I now mostly speak out of the side of my mouth as a result for ease of forming words. I can't feel when i am brushing or flossing correctly on the right side rear. And basic hygiene now hurts extra. Wisdom teeth fragments are left behind under the gums and get irritated and cut them sometimes. Abscess have formed and are extra likely when getting other dental work as an added bonus. Which makes the other teeth more susceptible, just for fun. I used to love oral hygiene. And now I hate it. Ortho was contracted for the day. It's been about 10 years."
