"Priyam gave me my cleaning today and I was very pleased with my experience. She was professional, friendly and communicative from the start, told me what she was going to do and why at each step, and answered my questions knowledgeably. She also did the cleaning efficiently and with minimal discomfort on my part (I have had dental hygienists at this office who splashed my face, or never used the water at all, or worked very slowly). I felt like she knew what she was doing and did her work confidently because of her experience. I hope she sticks around Townview for a long time!"

"We went to this office today because they accept our insurance and advertised on their website that they do pediatric care. (My 7YO had an abscess on her gum and we were looking for same-day care.) We should have walked out as soon as the nurse who brought us back told us "we're not really set up to take X-rays on kids." We made the error of waiting around for the doctor to come look at the issue. Instead of being reassuring to my anxious and in-pain child, the doctor said "it's ok if you're nervous, I am too -- I don't really work on kids." Only after that interaction was it revealed that their policy is to do an initial exam and then refer out to a pediatric specialist. (And the two referrals they tried to give didn't even take our dental insurance.) We needed care for my kid and instead we were jerked around for 2 hours so that this company could bill our insurance and then refer us out without doing ANYTHING. By the time we left other offices that could have been an option were closing or booked for the rest of the day. Very disappointed and frustrated at the entire experience. They should not be advertising pediatric care if they cannot provide it, it's a very deceptive way to be able to do extra billings without providing any real services."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Also super communicative and clear with whats actually going on with your teeth, as compared to my last dentist at least. Just got my wisdom teeth removed and they for sure know what they're doing as far as making sure you're comfortable and not in pain. Would highly recommend to anyone who has been considering switching dentists. :)"
