"BEWARE! This dentist went out of network Jan 2023 from my insurance company and never informed me. They told me there was a "New" process of receiving checks in the mail, which I learned is a clear indicator that they are now out of network (at least) for Delta Dental. They completed a procedure (filling) without confirming my exact coverage and forced me to go out of pocket $600+. They tried to blame my insurance company. Ultimately they did not look out for the patient and misrepresented the cost of the procedure. I WOULD NOT have accepted the procedure (resin vs silver) had I been properly informed. This is obviously a very poor practice for a highly rated Dentist. I had no issues w/ the actual procedure. However, I would personally consider what transpired deceptive, or incompetent at best. BEWARE!"

"My teenage son was referred to Dr. Hatae at this dental office by his orthodontist after his braces were removed. My son was very embarrassed with his smile as he had teeth that never formed properly. It was obvious he hated to smile and his self confidence was low due to the appearance of the teeth. (The teeth resembled mini "vampire" teeth). Thankfully, Dr. MacGinnis's orthodontic treatment was done perfectly to ensure that future cosmetic dental treatments for my son could be properly treated without any issues. The office staff is very friendly and professional, providing excellent customer service. Scheduling appointments was easily facilitated. The treatment plans were explained thoroughly. I knew my son would be well taken care of after meeting Dr. Hatae. Dr. Hatae thoroughly explained the procedure in easy terminology for my teenager and I to understand, showed before and after pictures of patients with similar issues and it was obvious my son felt comfortable with Dr. Hatae. Dr. Hatae put my son at ease which in turn relieved me of anxiety. The cosmetic improvements were composites and veneers and the treatments were completed within one month. Dr. Hatae created the most PERFECT smile for my son. My son is thrilled with his new look and his confidence is boosted. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Hatae and his staff for providing a comfortable experience from start to finish. I recommend this dental office to anyone who needs cosmetic treatments; you will be amazed at what Dr. Hatae can create. Thank you so much for all that you did for my son, seeing him smile again is the best gift a momma could wish for."

"Fantastic dental office! All of the staff members are incredibly nice and make you feel welcome. Dr. Hatae was extremely thoroughly and went through all of my x-rays in detail as a first time client. He spent at least 30+ minutes with me! I've never had a dentist that was that thorough and friendly. He also cracked the case on some issues I never knew I had! Katie was the sweetest dental hygienist. I also love that they make you personalized whitening kits and give you free items (lunch box & water bottle). Definitely going to continuing coming for my 6 month check ups."
