"The first time I went was to get highlights and he wanted to bleach my hair and not put toner my hair was extremely brassy and orange and I asked if he could put toner he seemed bothered that i had asked but nonetheless I like the end product after toner so I decided to go again during the beginning of quarantine, i had made appointment for mom get a highlights and trim for and a hair cut for myself. Last minute my mom decided she wanted to cancel and Hector wanted to charge the amount it would have been for her to get her hair done even though her hair wouldn't be touched (mind you the price was over 90 dollars). Therefore we were forced to follow through since we would be charged the same amount canceled or not. Not only is that completely wrong but he was extremely unprofessional and rude about it and the understandable thing to do was to charge the labor wage per hour it would have taken him to complete highlights and trim, approximately 2-3 hr or a justifiable late or cancelation fee. Instead he wanted to charge full amount which includes (product, time, labour etc.) I refuse to go back and don't recommend. ( in response to owner comment i just gave full detailed review explain myself and i dont think you would remember me since i only came to salon 2 times in the span of 1 year)"
