"Assistants during procedures can be better trained. They seem not to know what the dentist needs or wants and are unable to assist efficiently and effectively. Lots of splashing and I even had water spout miss my mouth but splash on my face. Use of suction can be better as I often feel gagged and saliva not sucked out in time or properly. I have not had or felt these essential things elsewhere at other dentists, but here, i feel it every time I come in for a visit"
