"Called inquiring as to whether or not their salon provided a specific service (regular pedicures/manicures). Woman who answered said that they do not provide this service (which is fine - no biggie), but then suggested that I go from nail salon to nail salon to ask if they provide this service. That's an ignorant recommendation. Why would I take a door to door approach when it makes much more sense to call and ask this question? Believe it or not, everyone does not want to ruin their natural nails and prefer to keep the nails they still have. Not only was she very unhelpful, her tone was rude and unprofessional. If you want to provide adequate service to potential customers, then perhaps you should hire someone who has better phone etiquette to answer calls during business hours. Maybe they treat potential Gel Nail customers with more respect. I don't know. Nevertheless, based on this experience, I would not recommend this business. Very poor form and horrible interpersonal skills. Please hire more intelligent staff. It goes a long way and there is nothing more important than a business's integrity and that includes the employees that represent your brand. Period."
