"I had an appointment at 2, didn’t get seen until 2:45. Then it took 2.5 hrs for a root touch up and eyebrow wax. The eyebrow wax is horrible, no shaping and it hardly looks cleaned up at all. Then they charged my card more that what I signed on the credit card machine. This place is also not very clean. No wonder why the place was empty almost all day."

"After coming here for about a year, two weeks ago I went in for a root touch up and came out with a completely different hair color. My normal stylist was on vacation but my hair really needed to be done. So I went in anyways, I showed a picture and even pointed to the shade blonde i wanted in a book the stylist had as they were, i guess, unsure of the shade I wanted. After saying they were a color specialist, they toned it way too dark and I'm so disappointed as it cost me hundreds of dollars and hours of my time to just be ruined in what was supposed a root touch up. Hopefully my normal stylist will be able to fix it on next visit but lesson learned for sure...'stick to your normal stylist'"
