"I'm unhappy. Yudy messed my hair up. I Didn't get the cut/color I asked for. I'd post pics because they speak for themselves but apparently that's not an option on here. I kept an open mind, even tried to reason and at least get partial refund to correct my hair elsewhere..because after this I don't feel comfortable, how could I? It should have just been done right the 1st time. The layers were not layers at all, my hair looks like two steps. & No luck on a refund. It was basically a $325 donation. As a tattoo artist & 9-5 worker I fully understand that time is money, & my time was wasted."
"$45 for a hair cut mind you my hair was shoulder length already so basically a trim but still got charged $45!!! Over price will not be coming back. Not to mention also had a color done at the same time well $200 . And no nothing special, I didn't even get my hair toned after the bleach. So sad!!!"
