"I thought I had reviewed this several years ago, but I couldn’t find my review. Then I finally realized, there are no less than 3 Cristal Hair Salons all on Cesar Chavez, so I must have posted my review under the wrong salon. This one is 4304 E Cesar E Chavez and the stylist’s/owner’s name is Beti. So weird. The other one has an owner with a similar name (Leti), but this one is run by BETI not Leti. I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years. Believe me, if Beti didn’t do a great job, I wouldn’t be coming here for 20 years. And she is the nicest person you could ever meet. She used to take walk-ins but it got too busy for her. So please call ahead. You might get lucky and catch her on a slow day, but I would call ahead if I were you."
