"It's hard to find the words to explain how truly grateful I am to have found this dental office. I was actually recommended, so I guess I owe that individual a lot. Like my firstborn. That's how thankful I am. My history with dental offices has been nothing less than an absolute nightmare. From poor customer service to overpriced proposals for work that I don't need done or that can wait but instead pushed to get it all done at once. When I filled out my pre-visit questionnaire, I listed my concerns and wishes. I filled it out not thinking much about it as I wasn't sure if the doctor would read it. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Gaspar listened to all my concerns brought up on my questionnaire. He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It's a plus that you can watch your favorite shows on Netflix the whole time during your visit. That's just an added bonus because the care and attention you get at this dental office is something I've never experienced before but am truly grateful to have found. To the front desk receptionist, dental assistants and Dr. Gaspar, there is nothing that has come close to matching what they can provide. To top it off, I wasn't pushed to get anything done. Instead, I was shown what work I may need to get done and asked what I would like to get done first, later, eventually, etc. I almost left in tears with how happy I was to have found a dental team I can trust."
