"I went because my wisdom teeth was hurting. I had my appointment at 11 and they took me in almost 12:30. I told them what i went for and they were only talk to me about doing a cleanse that I had to pay $4000. They never mentioned my wisdom teeth. I left because i said no to the cleanse. I call back to see when were they able to schedule me for my wisdom teeth and so far tbey haven't call me . My visit was in november and its February 2024.. worst service eve. Do not recommend this place."

"The dental assistants were very kind and welcoming. Initially went for a referral for my child. I was pleased they considered the children because the waiting room had a play area and a carpet as well! The doctor paid attention to detail, explained the procedures and explained the time length. Overall great 1st time experience."

"I had a fantastic experience at Smiles West! I was in pain and called for an appointment, and they were able to see me on the same day. The entire staff (Nela, Samantha and Dr. Tran) were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. "If I could leave a 0 I would. This office didn't do the x-rays needed to submit for my root canal and then never submitted the information to my insurance TWICE. When I called to let them know I've been in pain, trying to keep the swelling of my gums down because of their negligence all the staff could focus on was I sounded "too aggressive" for them to help me. They hung up on me... after three months of having them point fingers at their billing, the doctor and whatever else excuse, they hung up on me. I have to go in for another round of x rays. This isn't a cavity or a cleaning, this is literal surgery on my tooth, zero compassion. Update: Raised my 1 star to 4 stars. The manager reached out to me after leaving my initial review. I went in, did my x rays and sat down with her and explained what happened. She assured me that she would speak to said staff that so rudely handled my situation and was going to personally take care of it. She did, Kenia absolutely took care of me and handled all my paperwork and was scheduled for my root canal within the week. The doctor was skilled, I have no pain. The technicians were professional and timely. The rest of the office staff were transparent about next steps when scheduling for my crown. It's unfortunate that my experience with the front office staff marred the excellent service of the medical professionals who work there. However the work done on my tooth was 5 stars."
