"Been coming here for years & love my nail tech guy , fast , does a great job but the last few wks he’s been gone and now there are an older gentleman & women and service was bad , my nails were uneven And filed uneven, some nails are shorter than the other took my daughter today 1/25/23 Told her the original nail techs are not there supposedly on vacation and she’s not gonna like the way they do them and sure enough they did not give her what she wanted. She literally was so disappointing and so was I and they wanted to charge me $70 for Nail said that they did not do correctly or that she wanted what happened to the other nail techs??"

"Gf or nails done today and it was one guys that did them, he did them horrible limes are crooked, makes my fingers look like they go to the left and the he didn’t even check it they were they same length in both hands, and I was there only client, hate the way my nails came out, never again!! One thumb nail is longer then the other, and the acrylic is lumpy and paint job is terrible."

"I wish I could get this place ZERO stars. So incredibly mean and do not listen to was you ask them to do. The nail tech told me he could do what I asked and then put a completely different sparkley color on my nails. And when I pointed it out he said he could not do what I asked for and partially took them off and let me walk out with THIS. I called the next day in hopes the manager would understand and she did NOT. Unwilling to fix it or revive my god awful experience. NEVER going back, extremely awful service and completely destroyed my nails. ZERO STARS."
