"Don’t waste your time here. The receptionist who makes the appointments is a mess, she first gave me an appointment with the wrong doctor- not the one I requested and obviously researched. I turned up for my appointment and she was very unapologetic about it. Got another appointment for two weeks later, and when I arrived she just told me “oh I forgot to call you, this doctor doesn’t work here anymore”. This people have no regard for your time and seem very unprofessional. Glad I didn’t get any work done here."

"Worst experience ever. After mentioning that I was nervous to have a few teeth pulled, i was assured that it would be an easy procedure. During the procedure I was almost in tears. When I mentioned that I could feel everything, I was told to hold on and that it would be over in a few minutes. Very unprofessional to tell your patient to "hold on". Will never be coming back here again and will not be recommending to any friends or family in the area."

"I was in town visiting from Canada for a week and accidentally chipped on of my teeth. I called to get in for an emergency appointment and they said they could help me.. When i got to the office I was greeted by a very un-professional woman who proceeded to tell me they had no record of my appointment and that if I wanted to wait that maybe the dentist could see me. After waiting 3 hours I was finally taken back to get examined. By the time I left the office I wish I would have just walked out the moment I walked in. The cap he placed on my tooth did not match my teeth at all, and felt loose the rest of the time I was in Santa Monica. Had to get it fixed when I got back home and my dentist just laughed at the work that had been done. Save your money and go somewhere else."
