"Update... After such great service on the first few visits I was not expecting for it to go down hill so quickly. Communication barriers create major confusion. I felt so uncomfortable when he was roughly pulling my hands and not speaking a word to me, at this point I have no idea what is going on. I'm walking out paying double for a service and I just wanted to cry... As I sat in the salon my last visit I encountered 3 irritated people coming in to get repairs from the previous day. Waited an hour after my appointment time to get my fill so they could be seen first, and I'll will never go back. First time visit was a great experience and I will be back! Hai did an amazing job on my ombré nails and the massage on my hands at the end was totally not expected but much appreciated. Ann did an amazing job on my lashes even going way beyond work hours just to accommodate my appointment issue. Not just amazing work but the customer service is totally worth it. I’ve never had such a great experience at any other local salons."
