"Place an order on the 15th for delivery by Xmas minutes after confirming the order I receive an email saying the delivery will be delayed with no ETA so I have been trying to cancel the order since Friday and all i get is a response our system is down and order can only be canceled 30 minutes after placing I find that unacceptable that a big company like this has no way to cancel orders after they can't fulfil delivery time frames that they advertise I mean if you gonna still charge me for the order and not cancel at least give an option to pick up from a local store"
