I had to call and straighten it out with insurance customer service who was surprised they couldn't comprehend it for themselves because it is so clearly defined. Provider made a 3 minute appearance and now I'm heading towards another long wait."

"Seeing Dr. Donato was by far the worst doctor visit I have ever been to. He came in the room and diagnosed me with what he thought I had and didn’t even listen to my other concerns about my health. Every time I started to talk he would cut me off saying no you don’t have that or no you don’t need that. My visit lasted 15 mins because in the middle of me addressing a problem he got up and open the door and told me to follow him which he took me to the check out desk and walked away. felt like he didn’t care about anything I had to say and I was left speechless. He is the worst doctor I ever encountered in my life"

"Don’t ever come here. I had a vasectomy that was unsuccessful and then switched insurance shortly thereafter. They wanted me to pay $150 cash to talk to Dr. Saslawsky about the botched procedure he performed."

"My wife saw Dr Dang today. He was courteous and professional and seemed knowledgable; however the front desk receptionist was not friendly in the least, was not helpful and had a poor attitude. I'm not positive but I believe her name is Emily. She is a white, young, red headed girl. She does not seem to care about the patient--she just wanted to be sure we understood that we would have to pay all costs TODAY that my insurance would not cover. After my wife saw the doctor, the girls at the front desk could not seem to calculate how much we owed. They gave us at least 3 different amounts before we finally got out of there. We asked a simple question: "What are all the charges that add up to this amount?" She could not tell us this since they don't do the billing there and could not provide an itemized bill. I mentioned that if they are going to require their patients who have insurance to pay all of the out-of-pocket costs on the same day, I think the patient should know what all of the charges are for."

"Dr. Saslawsky is the best!!! Came to see him 1st in 2015. I had been diagnosed with prostate cancer. The other doctor I was seeing was wanting to remove the prostate immediately. Dr. Saslawsky did alot of test and sad that there was no reason for surgery at this time and may never be. He recommended watch and wait and is seeing me every 3 months and monitors my condition. I saw him again today and he did extra tests since it has been 4 years. After he read the results he smiling said absolutely no growth at all. Thank God and Doctor Saslawsky."
