"After telling my wife they don't accept our insurance over the phone we agreed to pay out of pocket and scheduled the appointment. After taking off work and driving across town they informed her that they refuse to see my son at all. Apparently it's against some rule that they can't see patients insured by BCBST even if no claim is filed and paying out of pocket. Some reason they don't tell you this over the phone."
