Sonlight Surfshop, located at 575 Crespi Drive in Pacifica, California, has been providing surfers of all levels with top-quality surfboards, wetsuits, clothing, and accessories since 1985. Whether you're a local or just visiting, our friendly team is always happy to help you find everything you need for a great day out on the waves. We also offer rentals for surfboards, bodyboards, wetsuits, and booties, so you can hit the water without any hassle. Please note that we will be closed for a family vacation from Sunday, February 18th, to Friday, February 23rd, but we look forward to seeing you again on Saturday. "I asked for a fin box repair with a color match and this what I got!? Super bummed!! The repaired fin sits 1/4 higher than the other fin. Also there’s patch filler finger prints all over the tail of the board."

"I remember this place from over 10 years ago when i started surfing. I rented boards and wetsuits many times before i decided to invest in the activity. I was on a lengthy trip without a board and the waves were firing, amazing local conditions and warm weather. I had to get in, so i came here at about 4:45 pm with the shop set to close at 5:30. "we charge double for overnight". I explained i could return it first thing in the morning and i would return the board in a matter of hours if they were open. Nope... the worker explained that i could potentially have two sessions hence the 2x fee. Which comes out to 100$ for a single surf session for a board and suit... Makes zero sense to me nor any other shop i have encountered before. I simply said no thank you rules are rules and walked out. What a joke of a policy that i have to question whether this is an actual policy i cant locate on the website or an attempt to extort my enthusiasm or perception of naivety. Went to Norcal and got everything i needed for 40$."
