"Dr. Freddie Everson has been my primary doctor for 20 years. He is compassionate and he really listens to me. He is patient and I never feel rushed. Whenever I call or sent an online message, Dr. Everson and his nurse Traci usually respond that same day. They are efficient in refilling my meds immediately anytime Walgreens sends a request. My test results are submitted online in a timely manner for my viewing."

"Wait time has improved tremendously. Nurse Practitioner Jessica and Nurse Karissa are a phenomenal duo. Not to forget the security guard had a great attitude at the door and also the older admin lady at the check in desk. THEY CARE..and you can tell. Last time I came (summer 2023) it was a not so good visit. No security to unlock and lock the doors per protocol and it was no one to check me in at the front desk causing an uproar to the back house team. As an employee who needs to get back to work quickly, I truly appreciate the improvements!"
