"This was my first appointment and I am so grateful I was referred here. Dr.Carpenter is amazing. My wait was short. She let me explain everything I was going through and I didn't feel rushed. I got more accomplished here in one day than I did within 3 months at my last PCP. Thankful for finding this group of professionals. Additional Update: I've never had a doctor that I can call to ask about lab results, and the doctor personally calls me back the same day, therefore I was able to ask any lingering questions. Thank you for all you do Dr. Carpenter! She's the best!"
"Dr. Carpenter is awesome! I love my physician and I'm not planning to go anywhere else. She is very thorough, understanding and she takes her time to listen to what I have to say. Sometimes the wait is long, but that's understandable when you're the only doctor on staff. I'm glad she didn't rush when it comes to my health. As long as she takes her time with me just the same. I am fine. She always make sure I get my medications, results, etc. There is never a time when I leave her office unsatisfied. That's my girl and she's the best, hands down!"
"If I could rate this office a zero, it would been big fat zero stars. Her office staff is unprofessional, nasty attitude and lazy. They don't inform patients to do important information in order for you be seen. You can't get them on the phone. The Nurse Pratitioner don't follow through with follow up with labs. I warn you please stay away from this so call practice."
