Johnson Family Dental - Solvang

"Extremely impressed with Dr. Johnson and his Team I met this morning in Solvang. As someone who has seen many years of dental work due to a traumatic injury, Dr. Johnson and his Team showed me the greatest care and concern. Emily called me first thing in the AM after getting my email on their website, and she was so pleasant and helpful in running down records and x-rays. After moving all around the USA due to work, this is the first dentist I can ever remember recommending. They are not pushy, judgmental, or just looking to make an easy dollar. If you are anxious or scared of the dentist, I would suggest calling them. I have many more visits to go, but so glad I found this doctor, and would encourage others to go there as well. Thank you Johnson Family Dentistry for welcoming me and showing the upmost care, concern, and respect."

"Indirect review of actual dental practice but suggests illegal and unsafe practices by Johnson Family Dental employee. At ~7:45 AM on Wednesday, 7 June 2023, I observed a Johnson Family female employee (blue and white “scrubs”/uniform) driving a small blue & white car covered with Johnson Family Dental logos, driving west on Central Avenue in Lompoc, turning south on to H Street and immediately driving into the gas station on the south west corner of the intersection. As she was driving and turning (in traffic) she was constantly on her hand held phone (illegal and unsafe). At the gas station, she got out of her car, still talking on her phone and started pumping gas. ( unsafe and against posted warnings). Since I was walking by, I mentioned to her that her phone use was illegal. She blew me off and said she was on the phone. She is a very poor representative of a company that I believe does not promote illegal and unsafe practices. If you are serious about being legal and safe at the business, you should expect the same from your employees that are driving your billboard cars. To anyone that is interested, I will recommend against your business because of the public actions of this one employee. How can anyone trust she will give safe and legal services at work?. A very poor Johnson Family Dental representative."
